Defensive position tactics
Takedown defense
Controlling ties, using head and hands defensively
Front head and short offense defense
Counter attacks

Break 11:00am - 1:00pm clean up and leave as a group for food and excursion.

Session 2 - 1:00pm - 2:45pm
Wrestling Technique
Neutral standing position
Offensive level change and body fake
Control to takedowns
Single, double, and leg attack finishes
Front head and short offense scores

Break - clean up - food snack.

Session 1 - 9:30 -11:00am
Wrestling Technique

Leg attack finishes to top control
Offensive top attacks
Tight waist, pressure, chop, spiral, half ride
Break downs to turns
Bar, half, cradle, tricks
Wrist ride, hammer ride, Blair ride
Leg riding turns and pins

Break 11:00am - 1:00pm clean up and leave as a group for food and excursion.

Session 2 - 1:00pm - 2:45pm

Positioning after being scored on
Fighting to stand ups in action
Fighting for good whistle starts
Proper position, knee slides, changeovers
Sit out and roll series
Hip heisting and fighting back inside
