Matthew Rose

Apex North Instructor​

Matthew Rose is another Apex-trained student-athlete who has dedicated his time to invest in perpetuating The Apex Wrestling School system. 

​

As a high school student-athlete wrestling for Hasbrouck Heights High School, Matthew was a 2015 Region IV Champion, and a 2-time NJSIAA State Qualifier.  Matthew continued his wrestling career at Limestone University, where he was a 4-year varsity starter, a 2019 NCAA Division II Super Region 2 Champion, a 2019 NCAA Division II National Qualifier, and was ranked as high as 5th in the NCAA Division II rankings throughout his collegiate career.  Matthew was also a four-time NCAA Academic All-American, and an NSCA Strength & Conditioning All-American.
